  1. Love love love this thank you.
Also, do you think going to esthetician school first is better or going take classes in college to become a RN first? I know I can’t do both at the same time I would just like to know which would help me better. 🙂

  2. Hi. Stumbled upon your page today. Yaaaay! I am a Master Cosmetologist and also a Esthetics Instructor (2 years in) in Columbus, Ohio. I am relocating to Chino in February with my family, applying for my licensure for the State of California. I want to commend you on your knowledge and presentation, we really enjoyed both Pt. 1 & Pt. 2 of "How to become a Medical Esthetician. Thank you!!!!

  3. This is awesome! I love the passion in your voice! I can relate but there isn't much opportunity here in my hometown. I am so passionate about becoming an, (advanced, medical, clinical) whatever it is aesthetician but I didn't even know where to start. This was so helpful! I love hearing about all the ideas I can do to make myself a better candidate. Thank you so much!

  4. You are a life saver! I am already licensed as a cosmetologist, but I am now going to nursing school to become a nurse to work alongside a dermatologist. I have such a passion for skin now that I want to get a job in the industry to gain experience so I can start working right away after I finish school. This video was so knowledgeable and helpful to assist in that process! I feel so motivated and driven to get to work in this industry. Thank you for all the help!

  5. Your so thorough…Im in school now for Esthetics…its bn my dream…now Im finally doing it…I really do want to work on the medical side once Im done..so that will be my short term goal..but thanks for ur advice

  6. Thank you for this video!! I am currently a college student and like many other people, not totally sure what I want to do. I do know I am very interested in skin care, specifically laser. But NOT Botox, or other injections. Do medical estheticians handle lasers too, or nurses?

  7. So happy I found your channel. I graduated from college with a bachelors degree and I really don’t see myself sitting in an office in the corporate world. I wish I’d figured that out sooner. Your videos have answered sooo many if not all of my questions about this field. Definitely looking into schools near me tonight 🙂

  8. I’ve been obsessed with skincare my entire life, and I’m constantly told it shows. I’m turning 50 this year and have the opportunity to make a career change. Is it unusual for women my age to just be starting out?

  9. I am currently in school to get my RN license. It is sooo difficult, but I know it will be worth it. I was wondering if I should do esthetics school as well to go along with my RN license because I am wanting to do injections and skin care and open my own business (you can do it on your own in the state I am in as an RN.) I just have to have a medical person attached to my license for purchasing product. This journey has been crazy but so exciting!! I can't wait to see what the future holds! <3 Thank you for your videos!!

  10. Hey girl! I’m so glad I found you, I LOVE your videos. So informative! I’m currently in school right now. I’m going full specialist but my PASSION is skin. I’m also considering finishing my BSN.

I wish I would have found you when I lived in Sacramento! I’m all the way in Florida now. Keep up the videos, I’ll be watching and maybe will get a chance to meet you at a conference one day! 💋

  11. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us. Your channel has really taught me so much. I’m looking forward to touring an esthetician school next week. I’m so inspired to completely change my career path, and start a career in esthetics!!

  12. Hi I just have some questions,
Working at a dermatologist as a medical aesthetician do they pay you hourly or salary?! What to expect. I’ve been a hairstylist for 5 years now working at men’s salons, I’ve done facials there but mostly haircuts and color… I’m currently taking extended classes like laser hair removal and other medical aesthetician classes , do you have any other recommendations or suggestions to get my foot in the door?! Do you think it’ll be harder for me to get hired since I did cosmetology instead of just esthetician?! Thank you for your time I appreciate it

  13. I got my cosmetology license last May and got a job at a salon. I am so grateful for the experience of working there but I quickly realized that doing hair and nails is simply not for me. I've always been really fascinated with dermatology and skincare in general and never realized that I'm licensed to work with a dermatologist until I found your channel! Thank you so much for opening up my eyes to this career and providing so much information!

  14. I really really want to do the skin treatments and work under a dr for the medical side but I also really really want to be able to do laser hair removal and the Botox and lip injections and etc. do you have any advice or tips for me. I’m starting esti school in Jude and already enrolled and toured!

  15. You have totally re-inspired me to get back into my skin care career, and pursue my long-time goal of being a medical esthetician at a dermatologist's office. All I need to do is re-take my state board exam (been more than 5 years unfortunately), and attend continuing education courses. I'm so excited! Thank you for your informative videos. Your skin is amazing by the way, great marketing tool 😊

  16. I was wondering if you could recommend any products for uneven texture with large pores (dry skin type) I really enjoy your videos, they are very informative😊😊❤️

  17. Hello fellow esthetician girl bosses!! Please let me know how your doing on your journey to becoming the best in your industry! There is so much potenial for you to be successful, happy and fulfilled in this industry and I want to help you in any way I can!! Much love to you allllllll!!! XOXO
